Led the project teams responsible for managing Babban Gona Enterprise Systems' harvest-related applications for over 20k+ smallholder farmers. We were able to achieve over 90% crash-free app sessions, 100% of farms threshed, and an average of 4 in our customer NPS survey.

Overseeing the poultry programme cycles in collaboration with management and the project team—training 100+ women in poultry management and providing birds to kickstart their poultry businesses. Feedback gathered informs ongoing product development for the enterprise agri-finance solution.

Spearheaded Nigerian market expansion, launching Tendo & DukeSell App (50k downloads on iOS & Android) by owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy, resulting in <5,000 active users within 2-year timeframe

Negotiated and secured key partnerships with top category distributors, financial institutions, and logistics companies, enhancing market penetration and brand trust through collaboration.

Led the execution and supervision of a series of field sales activations and community outreaches in major markets and university campuses, generating a 20% increase in new user sign-ups – resellers & suppliers – month-on-month over a 3-month period.

Directed an 11-member cross-functional team (marketing, operations, customer support, sales), fostering collaboration and synergy to achieve strategic business objectives.

Developed and executed 2 editions of the Duke SME bootcamp programme in partnership with impact NGOs & private organisations to empower over 200 small business owners in business training, which led to an increase in brand visibility and product adoption.

Spearheaded the development of Afreal One, a B2B SaaS prop-tech solution, creating functional technical documents and comprehensive roadmaps for seamless implementation.
